Mission Statement

The prayer ministry serve NPBC members as well as guests, as we stand in agreement, trusting and believing God will step in and do
the impossible. We will find healing in His presence through counsel, prayer and intercession. We will not seek our own will through our own efforts, but we will
humbly come before God with a repentant heart seeking His will. We submit to Jesus
Christ as the head of the church and as the head of this branch of Zion . We believe
that prayer is a privilege and an obligation of the Christian where we communicate with God. It is how we convey our confession (1 John 1:9), requests (1 Tim. 2:1-3), intercession (James 5:15), and thanksgiving (Phil. 4:6), to our holy God by the way
Of Jesus Christ.

Health and Wellness Ministry

Chairperson: Eugene H. Davis II

We all have a purpose in life preordained by God before we were conceived. To accomplish the mission God has planned for us, we must strive to be Spiritually, Physically, Mentally, and Emotionally sound. What we put in our bodies directly affects all these areas of our lives. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (NIV) says, "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."

We are charged by God to take care of our temple. Are you living your life according to God's will or your own? Let us all come together as one and support one another for God's glory. Let us be Spiritually, Physically, Mentally, and Emotionally prepared to be a "Warrior of Christ" to fulfill The Great Commission!
